Reservation policies
Maximum occupancy per room is 4 people in standard and superior rooms and 6 people in Hidago suite including children. 1 child up to 10 years old free of charge when sharing same room with adults in existing beds, 2nd. child pays rate as extra adult regardless his age. Children 11 years and older pay rate as an adult. No pets allowed. All reservations require a credit card number as a guarantee. Cancellations must be made in the hotel website Booking Engine subject to the Hotel Cancellation Policies and deadline periods. We accept Visa, mastercard and american express credit cards, Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 12 noon.
