The Hotel Plaza Mirador is located in the historic center of the beautiful white city of Mérida. Formerly known as the Hotel D'Champs, we have had the privilege of being your second home when you're away from your first for many years, and we want it to remain that way forever.

We are located just a few meters from the bus station, 15 minutes from the international airport, and a few minutes from the Zócalo of the White City.

Reservation policies
Hotel Policies:
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
• Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival or the full amount of the first night will be charged.
• No-shows will be charged for the full stay.
• 100% smoke-free space. Guests caught in this situation will be subject to a fine.
• Reservations for three or more rooms, or more nights, may have special conditions.
